IRIS STORYTELLING
COACHING AGREEMENT

I’m so glad we’re working together!

My goal is to help you feel more confident in your fundraising, communicate your ministry’s story clearly, and invite others to partner with the work God has called you to do.

Before we get started, here are a few things I’d like us to agree on so we can make the most of our time together.

1. What to Expect from Coaching

Our coaching sessions are designed to help you strengthen your fundraising communication through personalized feedback, practical guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.

Depending on your needs, we may work on your ministry story, donor conversations, fundraising emails, presentations, or other communication challenges.

I’ll provide guidance and recommendations, but you’re responsible for deciding how to implement them. Because every ministry and fundraising situation is different, I can’t guarantee specific fundraising results.

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled through the Iris Storytelling booking calendar.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

If you miss your appointment without notice, the session may be considered used. Emergencies and unexpected circumstances will be handled with understanding and at Iris Storytelling’s discretion.

3. Payments and Coaching Packages

Payment is required before your coaching session or package begins.

If you’ve purchased a package with multiple sessions, those sessions may be scheduled individually based on availability.

All coaching purchases are nonrefundable, including unused sessions.

Coaching packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be completed within that time. Any unused sessions remaining after six months will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed.

4. Confidentiality

I understand that fundraising conversations can involve personal challenges, ministry finances, and sensitive situations.

I’ll treat the information you share during coaching with care and respect.

I won’t intentionally disclose your private information to others without permission, except when required by law or necessary to protect someone’s safety.

5. Recording Our Sessions

Coaching sessions may be recorded to help me review our conversations, prepare notes, and provide more thoughtful guidance.

These recordings are intended for internal coaching purposes and will not be shared publicly unless you give separate permission.

Recordings will be stored with reasonable safeguards and accessed only as needed for coaching and related administrative purposes.

6. Sharing Coaching Content to Help Others (Optional)

One of the ways Iris Storytelling helps missionaries and ministry leaders is by sharing real coaching conversations and examples.

Sometimes, hearing someone else work through a fundraising challenge can help another ministry leader find clarity and confidence.

If you choose to give permission, portions of your coaching sessions may be edited and shared in podcast episodes, social media, or other educational and promotional materials.

This permission is completely optional and does not affect your coaching experience.

Any public use of identifiable coaching content requires your separate consent.

7. Communication

I may contact you by email regarding scheduling, coaching resources, session follow-ups, and other information directly related to our coaching relationship.

You may also receive Iris Storytelling’s regular fundraising emails if you’ve separately subscribed. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Agreement

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you understand the coaching services, scheduling policies, payment terms, and responsibilities described above.

I look forward to working with you!
